ATOMEGA is a retro-styled online first-person shooter game made by a small indie-like dev team at Ubisoft Reflections. It has it's roots in genre classics such as Quake and Unreal Tournament with a contemporary size-based twist.

I was the only UI/UX designer attached to this project, and was responsible for creating and implementing the user interface, developing the 2D art direction, as well as the overall user experience and learning process.

The game features frantic bite-sized drop-in/drop-out sessions and the user interface had to reflect this; slick, bold, familiar and easy to understand. I was also attached to the team responsible for creating marketing and key art for the product launch, ensuring the visual style was consistent throughout.
