Pickle is a desktop support wizard that overcomes the issues of granting access to a manual ticketing system, such as a JIRA dashboard, to the workforce.
Built from the ground up from user studies and research data, the tool is driven by a comprehensive database of common (and uncommon) issues and requests, covering software libraries, hardware inventory, outages, bugs and even HR/workplace related issues.
The user is guided through a short wizard which builds the ticket in the background, finally sending it to the correct department for triage. This ensures that tickets are completed to a high degree of accuracy and are completely standardised, cutting creation time for the user by up to 90%.
Users can also track their submitted issues and view any incoming comments or updates, via a familiar table-based interface, which also features a live progress tracker.
